We are well known about the media and its influential position in society. Advertisements, magazines, billboards, television, etc. are all different ways media has come through to the public, affecting teenagers and other people. Images shown on media are often distorted images that have been altered and changed by photoshopping. With enhanced technology, it as created an increased use of photoshop in advertisements pressuring young females to attain the ideal look that has been technically altered. This process of photoshop changes and alters the way people look to make them appear flawless and perfect. This has created a false perfection that is continuously displayed for people all over the world.

Society is addicted to attention. To gain attention they have to "show themselves up". They will try anything to gain more popularity from the public. Even if it means to fake the actual message a bit. Media uses things such as photo shop or computer animation to gain a little advantage in the "popularity" race. Sometimes they tend to go a little overboard causing them to stray to far from the actual message, turning them into some kind of false advertisement.
